Tell us the club and we’ll handle it. We carry the liability insurance clubs ask for, and we get our certificate, load-in time and sound requirements to your coordinator early so nothing gets held up at the door.
We want it elegant, not a nightclub. Can you do that?+
That’s most of what we do here. Understated MC work, cocktail and dinner sets that let people actually talk, and then a reception that builds into a real party once the room is ready for it.
Our reception is tented or outdoors in Wellington. Any issues?+
None we haven’t handled. Open-air and tented sites need longer cable runs, more coverage and a real power plan. We confirm what power is available before the date and bring backup rather than assuming.
